BOUNDARY SURVEYS
The process of comparing the legal description contained in your deed with monuments found in the ground. Every boundary survey we complete is done in compliance with Michigan ACT132 of 1970, as amended.
After performing a full survey of your property we will produce a drawing of the survey for you and also record the drawing at the County Register of Deeds.
LAND DIVISION SURVEYS

Dusty earned his B.S. in Surveying Engineering from Ferris State University in 2010. After college, he went to work offshore in the Gulf of Mexico on large oil and gas projects. Back on dry land, he gained an expertise in boundary surveying.
Dusty also has experience conducting aerial surveys by utilizing drones and operating terrestrial and mobile LiDAR - a remote sensing system that uses light to measure distances, which when combined with other data can create 3D models of the Earth.
